Since 2015, we have been serving construction professionals and DIY enthusiasts across Warszawa with reliable equipment rental solutions. Our facility on ul. Narbutta 40 stocks over 300 different tools and machines ready for immediate rental.
Our Beginning
Nedare started when three construction engineers noticed a recurring problem on job sites throughout Warszawa. Small contractors and renovation teams were purchasing expensive equipment for single projects, while larger companies maintained underutilized tool inventories. The gap was obvious.
We opened our first location with 47 pieces of equipment. Today, our inventory includes pneumatic tools, concrete equipment, earthmoving machinery, scaffolding systems, and specialized instruments for various trades. Each item undergoes maintenance checks after every rental and before each dispatch.
Our team consists of 12 staff members, including certified technicians who maintain equipment to manufacturer specifications. We track service intervals digitally and replace components based on usage hours rather than visual inspection alone.

How We Operate
Every piece of equipment receives a multi-point inspection when it returns. Our technicians check safety features, fluid levels, blade sharpness, filter condition, and moving parts. Items that don't pass inspection go to the maintenance bay immediately.
We maintain relationships with equipment manufacturers and authorized service centers. This ensures access to genuine replacement parts and technical documentation. For specialized machinery, our staff completes manufacturer training programs to stay current with service procedures.
Rental agreements include specific equipment model numbers, condition documentation, and usage guidelines. We photograph each item before it leaves our facility. This process protects both parties and sets clear expectations about equipment condition and proper operation.
