For business clients, we require company registration documents (KRS extract or business registration certificate). First-time renters should arrive 15 minutes early to complete the rental agreement. We verify your contact information and explain the equipment operation. The entire process takes approximately 10-15 minutes.

Our rental rates are calculated based on daily periods. A rental day starts when you pick up the equipment and ends 24 hours later. We offer flexible pricing: single day, weekly (7 days), and monthly (30 days) rates with progressive discounts for longer periods.

For example, a concrete mixer costs 45 PLN per day, 250 PLN per week, or 800 PLN per month. Weekend specials run from Friday 15:00 to Monday 9:00 and count as two rental days. All prices include VAT and basic accessories. Delivery within Warsaw costs 50-80 PLN depending on distance.

Yes, rental extensions are possible if the equipment is not reserved by another customer. Contact us by phone at +48 509 765 432 or email at [email protected] at least 4 hours before your rental period ends. We will check availability and confirm the extension immediately.

Extensions are charged at the standard daily rate unless you upgrade to a weekly or monthly package. If you return equipment late without prior arrangement, a late fee of 50% of the daily rate applies for each additional hour.

All our equipment undergoes maintenance checks before each rental. If a tool malfunctions due to normal wear during proper use, we replace it at no charge. Contact us immediately when you notice any issue, and we will arrange a replacement within 2-4 hours in Warsaw.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or operation outside the manufacturer's guidelines is the renter's responsibility. This includes using tools in wet conditions when not rated for it, overloading capacity limits, or failing to perform basic maintenance like refueling or cleaning filters. The deposit covers minor repairs, while significant damage requires additional payment based on repair costs.

We deliver throughout Warsaw and surrounding areas within 25 km of our Narbutta location. Delivery costs 50 PLN for central districts (Mokotów, Śródmieście, Ochota) and 80 PLN for outer areas. For rentals exceeding 7 days, delivery is free within Warsaw city limits.

Schedule delivery when booking by specifying your preferred time window. We offer morning (8:00-12:00) and afternoon (13:00-17:00) slots. Our driver will demonstrate equipment operation and answer questions. Return pickup follows the same pricing structure and can be arranged by phone the day before.

Our inventory includes professional-grade power tools from manufacturers like Bosch, Makita, and Hilti. Available equipment includes rotary hammers (800W-1500W), angle grinders (125mm-230mm), circular saws, jigsaws, impact drills, demolition hammers, and sanders. Each tool comes with appropriate accessories and safety equipment.

We stock both corded and cordless models. Battery-powered tools include two charged batteries and a charger. Specialized equipment like wall chasers, concrete grinders, and tile cutters is also available. All tools are tested before rental and come with operating manuals in Polish and English.

For common items like drills, grinders, or ladders, same-day rental is usually possible. However, specialized equipment such as concrete mixers, scaffolding systems, or compressors should be reserved 2-3 days ahead, especially during peak construction season (April-October).

Book online through our website, by phone, or visit our Narbutta office. We confirm availability within 2 hours during business days. For weekend pickups, reserve by Thursday afternoon. Large orders for contractors involving multiple items require 5-7 days notice to ensure complete availability.

Basic accessories necessary for operation are included in the rental price. This covers items like drill bits, saw blades (standard types), extension cords, and basic safety gear such as protective glasses and dust masks. Consumables like sandpaper, cutting discs, and specialized drill bits are available for purchase separately.

We provide operating instructions and safety guidelines with each rental. Professional safety equipment including hard hats, work gloves, hearing protection, and respirators can be rented for 5-10 PLN per item per day. For scaffolding rentals, we include assembly instructions and safety rails as standard.

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Notify us by phone or email, and we will process the cancellation immediately with no fees. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a 30% cancellation fee applies to cover preparation costs.

If you fail to pick up reserved equipment without notification, the full first day's rental fee is charged. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor equipment are handled flexibly - contact us to reschedule without penalty. Business clients with regular rental agreements have different terms outlined in their contracts.

Our inventory covers both indoor renovation projects and outdoor construction work. Indoor equipment includes dust extraction systems, quiet compressors, floor sanders, wallpaper steamers, and tile cutters. These tools are selected for reduced noise and dust control suitable for residential buildings.

Outdoor equipment includes gasoline-powered concrete mixers, plate compactors, jackhammers, generators (2kW-7kW), pressure washers, and earth augers. We also rent scaffolding systems, ladders up to 8 meters, and site lighting. All outdoor power equipment uses professional-grade engines designed for continuous operation in various weather conditions.

We serve both individual customers and construction companies throughout Warsaw. Commercial clients receive dedicated account management, priority equipment reservation, and volume discounts starting at 15% for monthly rentals. We can supply complete equipment packages for renovation, demolition, or new construction projects.

Business rentals include flexible invoicing with 14-day payment terms for established clients. We maintain sufficient inventory to handle multiple simultaneous projects and can source specialized equipment within 48 hours if needed.
