Rental Terms and Conditions

Minimum rental period is one day with hourly rates available for short-term needs
Weekly rentals receive 15% discount, monthly rentals receive 25% discount on standard rates
Security deposit required: 200 zł for tools under 500 zł value, 500 zł for equipment above
Equipment pickup available Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-14:00 at Narbutta 40
Free delivery and pickup within Warsaw city limits for orders exceeding 200 zł daily value
All equipment undergoes safety inspection before rental and includes basic operating instructions
Customer responsible for equipment damage beyond normal wear, fuel costs, and consumables replacement
Valid ID and signed rental agreement required, commercial clients may establish account terms

However, delivery took three days instead of the promised two days, which delayed our project start. Also, would appreciate more flexibility with weekend pickup times. The staff was apologetic about the delay and offered a small discount. Overall decent service, but timing could be better.

The inventory is well-maintained, and we've never had equipment fail during a job. Pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that they don't have a wider selection of specialized tools - had to go elsewhere for a specific demolition hammer model. But for standard equipment like drills, grinders, and saws, they're our go-to supplier.

Mixed experience. Rented a compressor and pneumatic nailer for deck construction. The compressor worked fine, but the nailer jammed twice during use. Called their support line and they walked me through troubleshooting, which fixed the issue. Equipment is reasonably priced at 85 PLN per day for both items. Pickup location near Grunwald was convenient. The positive: responsive customer service and fair pricing. The negative: equipment condition could be better, and I expected tools to work flawlessly at this price point. Would rent again, but will inspect everything more carefully before leaving.
