Welcome to Nedare. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our construction equipment rental services. By accessing our website or renting equipment from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Rental Services

Nedare provides construction equipment rental services to individuals and businesses. Our services include:

To rent equipment from us, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess valid identification. Business customers must provide appropriate business registration documentation.

3. Rental Agreement and Reservations

All equipment rentals are subject to availability. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. A valid rental agreement must be signed before equipment is released.

The rental period begins when equipment is picked up or delivered and ends when equipment is returned to our facility or collected by our team. Late returns may incur additional charges.

As a renter, you agree to:

  2. Maintain equipment: Keep equipment in good condition during the rental period
  3. Report damage: Immediately notify us of any damage, malfunction, or loss
  4. Return on time: Return equipment by the agreed-upon date and time
  5. Clean equipment: Return equipment in reasonably clean condition
  6. Secure storage: Store equipment securely when not in use to prevent theft or damage

5. Liability and Insurance

You are responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of rented equipment during the rental period. We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for rented equipment.

Nedare is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of rented equipment. Customers assume all risks associated with equipment operation.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental cost.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warszawa.
