Called their support line and they walked me through troubleshooting, which fixed the issue. Equipment is reasonably priced at 85 PLN per day for both items. Pickup location near Grunwald was convenient. The positive: responsive customer service and fair pricing. The negative: equipment condition could be better, and I expected tools to work flawlessly at this price point. Would rent again, but will inspect everything more carefully before leaving.
